Elizabeth Weil was my grandmother. She had two children other than my father that I'm looking to add to my family tree. One was names Richard or Dickey Stotts and the other was either Melody or Melanie Weil. I think Melody was born in after 1959 or in the 60's. I have tried to search the Ohio birth records and I can't find anything.

Please help!
