Attempting to find parents of Thomas H. Lewis, born Redfield, OH approx. 1862. World War 1 Draft record shows Thomas' father was born in Shawnee, OH. Were Redfield and Shawnee both in Perry County in 1860-70 time period?
Also, was Rose Farm in Perry or Morgan Co. at that time period?
