Eleanor Marquis Boggs was the d/o John Marquis and Elinor/Ellen Meeks. Their other children were; Mary Marquis (m. William Cain), John Marquis Jr. (m. Nancy Miller), Samuel Marquis (m. twice; this was Lois's line), Jane Marquis (m. Alexander Greenlee), Agnes Marquis, Jospeh A. Marquis (m. Mary Alice Parrish), Elizabeth Marquis and Catharine Marquis (m. Jonathan Lyons).
