I THOMAS J. TAYLOR of Zanesville Ohio do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby causing and revoking all other heretofore made by me.
Item 1 To my wife MARTHA TAYLOR I do hereby give and devise whatever property real and personal I have, or maybe in any way or manner entitled to. To have, hold and enjoy during the full term of her natural life – and to over and pay all costs and expenses of her last sickness, death and burial, including the expenses of our children in attending both funeral of myself and wife.Also of a plain tombstone to be put at my grave, so to be arranged as to serve for both of us. The expenses of attending the funerals to include each child of ours - going to and returning from the funerals and making the tombstones complete as to birth and death of myself and wife.
Item 2 Let whatever may remain after and burial of my self and wife, including what is charged against children be divided among our children Enos F _ ,Wesley _ , Maria (now Swift), Martha A. )now (Bowdon) and Sara Ella (now Cary) equally.
Item 3 I herby nominate and appoint William M. Johnson executor of this my last will and testament according all as here witness may hand this 26th day of May 1891.
