I SUSANNAH
WYCOFF of the county of Muskingum in the State of
Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following that is to say:
First, It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid.
Second, It is my will that my children place or cause to be placed at my grave a good stone or monument.
Third I give, devise and bequeath to my children MARY P. CARTWRIGHT. JOSEPH P. WYCOFF, CATHERINE C. ELERICK, ELIZABETH P. WHITE, SARAH N. _______ (no last name just a line), JOHN L. WYCOFF and MELINDA J. TAYLOR, or such of them as may be living at the time of distribution . My house and lot – in this town of
Norwich, and all my money and credits, my said children to be equal shares of said property.
Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter MELINDA JANE
TAYLOR, all my personal property, which is in her position at my decease.
Fifth, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughters, MARY P. CARTWRIGHT, CATHERINE C. ELERICK, ELIZABETH R. WHITE, SARAH N. ________ (again no name listed) and MELINDA JANE
TAYLOR or such of them as may be living at the time of distribution, all my household goods of every kind which has not already been bequeath.
Sixth, It is my will that my said daughters or such of them as above mentioned, personal property in such way and manner as they may think proper.
Seventh, It is my will that no inventory or appraisement be made of said property.
