I, Jacob Kreager of the County of Muskingum in the State of Ohio do make and publish this my last Will and testament in Mannor and form following that is to say: First it is my Will that my funeral Expences and all my Just Debts be fully Paid. Second I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife Elizabeth Kreager the plantation I now live on during her natural Life also one horse and Saddle & Bridle Two Cows, two hogs, six Sheep all her choise of my Stock, her Bed and bedding all my household and kitchen furniture during natural life. And unto My Daughters Delilah Kreager & Rebecca Kreager I Will and bequeath unto Each of them two beds and bedding the same they now claim and to each of them a bureau a chest a saddle & Spinning wheel and fifty dollars in Cash if they remain single untill my Decease, and if they mary before that time, they are still to get the same or any part of it that they do not get at the time of Marriage to be paid to them previous to any divide of my Estate, and unto my Daughter Elizabeth Bowman I will devise and bequeath one Eleventh part of all my remaining property both real and personal Except one Hundred dollars out of said Eleventh part I will and bequeath to her son Thomas Shoemaker if he should live untill my Estate is divided if not I will it shall be paid to his three oldest Children as they become of age George, Eli and Elizabeth And unto my daughter Catherine Harper I will devise and bequeath one Eleventh part of all my property both real and personal to be paid unto her own hands by my Executors in yearly payments of twenty Dollars untlll the whole is paid up or untill the death of her husband after which time the balance is to be paid to her on Demand if it has become Due and unto the heirs at Law of John Kreager Deceased I will devise and bequeath One Eleventh part of all my property both real and personal to be paid to them in equal shares as they arrive of age if the same has become due And unto my remaining sons and daughters, Andrew Kreager, Christenia Deabolt Anna Poundstone George Kreager, Mary Brown Sarah Brown Delilah Kreager, and Rebecca Kreager I will devise and bequeath to Each one of them one Eleventh part of all my property both real and personal. It is also my will that as soon as may be after my Decease an Inventory of my personal property not disposed of by the legacys before mentioned be taken and sold and divided according to the foregoing distribution and at the decease of my Wife An Inventory of the property given to her that remains then is to be taken and sold and distributuion to be made as above directed at the time of her decease the land is to be appraised by five men to be appointed by the Court and my sons George and Andrew Kreager or either of them is to have the land at the appraisement to be paid in three Equal yearly payments the land to be sold in one or two years after our Decease at the discretion of my Excecutors hereinafter named and if my sons or either of them takes the land at the appraisement the payments may be dated within the two years above mentiioned. And lastly I herby constitue and appoint my sons Andrew & George Kreager to be the Executors for this my last will and testament revoking and Annulling all my former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this 8 day of December 1838
