Does anyone know the parents of Jane Hanis/ Henis whose Last Will & Testament follows?
Her son-in-law, Miller Carver, is in the 1830 census of Washington Twp Muskingum Co Oh pg 305

1840 census Salem twp Mel__ [Milex-Miller] D. Carver
male 40/50=1 female 10/15= 1 40/50=1

1960 census Salem Twp
Millard Carver age 59 labor b. PA
Anne wife age 64 b. PA

Last will & Testament of Jane Hanin/ Henin

Record Probate Court Muskingum Co., Ohio Case # 1372I Nov. 20, 1835

I Jane Hanin of the County of Muskingum in the state of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament in matter and form following what is to ____[say?]:
First it is my will that my funeral expenses and all just debts be fully paid.
Second I give devise and bequest unto my beloved daughter Anney Carver, now the wife of Miller D Carver, do and in consideration of the benefits and kindness and support received from her and her husband all my property I now own and all the money now due me in anywise, either by bond, note, due bill or book account.
Secondly and lastly I hereby constitu[t]e and appoint my son-in -law Miller D Carver to be the executer for this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of August A.D.1835
