Pleas November Term 1821 And now to wit on the 5th day of November 1821 The last will and testament of Daniel Lovet is produced and proven in open
Court by the oaths of Joshua
Ricketts and John
Hartford two of the subscribing witnesses
Evan Lovet one of the Executors named in the will being sworn in open
Court, The
Court order that
Letters Testamentory with a copy of the will annexed be issued to the said Executor, and the will recorded, which said letters with a copy of the will annexed are issued accordingly

Amen I Daniel Lovet of
Muskingum County and State of
Ohio being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same, now make and publish this my last will and
Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, first I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Lovet all the rail and personal estat_ that is to say, as long as the said Mary Lovet remains my widow whom I hereby appoint with
Evan Lovet Executrix of this my Last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me maid. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 15day of September in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one.
