Muskingum County SS This day the last will and testament of
Solomon Stoneburnmer, late of
Muskingum Countynty, deceased, was produced in
Court and Isaac
Carter and John
Fauley the attesting and subscribing witnesses, thereto appeared, and in open
Court, on oath, testified to the due execution of said will, whose testimony in such behalf, was reduced to writing, and duly filed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the
Court from said testimony that the said Testator, was at the time of executing and signing his said last will and testament, of full age, of sound mind and memory, and free from any restraint. It is therefore by the
Court ordered that said last will and testament be and the same is hereby admitted to probate, and that the same together with the accompanying testimony and this entry of Probate be and the same is hereby recorded.

Stoneburner a
Citizen of
Newton Township in the County of Muskingum, and the State of
Ohio being weak of body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory, Blessed by God for the same, and knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following, Viz,
1st I allow my beloved wife Elizabeth to hold all my Property both Real and Personal so long as she lives or remains my Widdow and also to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.
2 And at the death of my Wife or at her ceasing to remain my widdow I allow all my real and personal property to be sold and the money arising from such sale to be equally -- among my eight children Susanna

3d And the share that I allow to my daughter Susanna
Hays, late Susanna Stonebuner, I give and bequeath the same to her son, Erastus
Mauk, except Five Dollars which I give and bequeath to her my daughter Susanna if the saud Erastus should live til he arives at the age of Twenty-one years, and if the should not arive at that age then my Daughter Susanna is to receive the full share with the other children.
In witness whareof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal in Presents of us who has signed our names as witnesses this 23 of June 1852.

Fauley the attesting and subscribing witnesses thereof being duly sworn and examined in open
Court, declared, that said Testator Solomon
Stoneburner, dec, was at the time of execution of an signing of said last will and testament of full and sound mind and memory and free from any restraint, that he signed same in their presence and that they heard him acknowledge said unto of writing as and for his last will and testament, and that they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses in his presence. I certify that the foregoing testimony was taken in open
