You asked, above, "Do you have lineage that connects the Kohler on the ship Hope landing in Philadelphia in 1733?"
All I know is that a man arrived on that ship in late summer 1733 and was recorded variably on arrival lists as Han(n)s Jerg Kohler or Hans Jurick Koller, aged 23; a probable female relative was Maria Kolirin, aged 24, and perhaps Margrita Kelerin 16. At least some of the people arriving on that ship's passage appear to have been Swiss anabaptists, later Mennonites. And, at least some of the Swiss women, though married, may have traveled under their birth family names rather than under their husband's surnames.
I've not seen any later record that could be positively identified as pertaining to the same man as this 23-year-old arrival, so have no idea whether he even survived his first winter in the new land, or had any descendants. Such evidence could exist; I'm simply explaining that I am not familiar with anything that might do so.
