I am reading a series of articles in the Zanesville, Ohio newspapers of July, 1895. Miss Amy Whaley of Pomeroy, Ohio is a frequent guest of the daughters of prominent Zanesville families. I am trying to discover what the possible connection could be. A boarding school or college?
