I am pursuing a theory that the Lidia Hopkins who married William Anderson in 1805 in Ross Co., OH was the sister of Robert Hopkins (1796-1865), son of John Hopkins who came to that area of Ohio from Delaware in 1797 with his five children, including Robert. Lydia Anderson eventually lived in Wyandot and then Marion Counties (where she died in 1852 and is buried), and her daughter Lydia Anderson Hoffman was my great-great-grandmother.
