My relative was Sabina Gallagher. She was born about 1832 in Ireland or England. The 1850 Ohio Fed census shows her as being Irish and her mother as being English. She represented her father as Irish. I know she immigrated in 1850, but do not know to which state. She married Joseph Miller (Muller) of Prussian descent. They were both Catholic and had one of their first children in Columbus, OH in 1860. They may have ties to Southern Ohio, as they socialized with many of our ancestors from Fairfield Co., OH. Sabina is buried in Columbus, OH. My father says that there was a Father Gallagher who lived in Columbus, OH (at least for some period of time) to whom we are also related.
