Am seeking information about my husband's GGF, Robert Mosey, born England 1821 died Allegan Co, Michigan 1884. Married in Madison Co, Ohio to Eliz. Bennett on 8 Dec 1842 but then lived in Lorain Co, Ohio at 1850 census before moving west to Indiana by 1860 and then Michigan by 1870. His father seems to have likely been Richard Mosey from what I can find on familysearch; he also possibly came from England and settled in Lorain Co, Ohio since there are possible 1860-70-80 census records that might be him. But Robert's mother Sibby/Libby doesn't seem to be with Richard. Is it the same Richard? Is he Robert's father? Is there anyone with knowledge of Moseys in Lorain Co, Ohio in 1840s to 1870s???
