I am researching the family of Jonathan Morgan Smith (1839-1918) and his wife Julia Ann Burke Smith (1835-1891). Jonathan, Julia Ann, and Jonathan's mother, Sarah Ann Kelly Smith (1810-1890), are all buried in Forest Cemetary, Fredericktown, Knox Co, OH with the same tombstone.

I wonder if there was an epidemic of some kind in the 1890-1891 period since both Julia and Sarah died at this time.

I am trying to find Julia Ann Burke's parents. Her children's death certificates have varying information for her birthplace: "not known/unknown," "Ohio," "Cardington, OH," and "Mount Gilead, OH."
