I'm looking for a census report for Mingo Junction area for 1900 that may have Charles and Eliza Carrigan on it. They may have spelled the last name differently. Maybe with a "K" instead of a "C", or some other variation.
Please email me at cdetgen@aol.com in anyone can find them in a census for this area. I know in 1910 they are listed in Perry County, but I think they were in Mingo Junction before that.
