My mother recently passed on to me the deeds of the Day family farm in New London. Deeds date from 1850-1910. I am thrilled to have been, and am hopeful someone can tell me the best way to preserve them. I am thinking I should open a saftey deposit box for their safety. Wouldn't it be grand if I could some day purchase an acre or two of the old farm land?
