I have a correction and some further info for Daniel Hines, son of Rudolph Hines of Harrison County Ohio. The "Cadiz Township Cemeteries" published by the Harrison Co. Gen. Society is incorrect. His date of death is 3 FEB 1851, not 1861. This also backs up his birth year by 10 as well. The marker is broken in half and is very worn and hard to read.

Additionally, Daniel died without a will, left no widow, and appointed a guardian for his 3 living children: Edward, Isaac and Samuel. Daniel's brother Samuel, was the administrator of the estate, and I have copies of this estate paperwork. Daniel was my 3rd great grandfather.
