The site of the current Washington Park was a cemetery in its earliest days. As Cincinnati expanded, the burials were removed to cemeteries further out. If I recall correctly, the burials there may have been for more than one religious denomination.
Not sure if it was ever called "Western Row", but it may bear checking.
