Sycamore Street in Cincinnati?
The church is very much operational and perhaps has staff who can look up the records.
I have been successful with several churches by writing and including all relevant known information. I also include a small donation to cover costs of copying, mailing, etc. and tell them that I'm willing to pay additionally, if required.
