Greetings all:

Charley McGinnis is my current brick wall.

Son of Tom McGinnis and Martha Zornes of Lynn, Greenup County, KY. 1879 Tom, Martha and their 10 children relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio. Charley was living in Cincinnati with his sister Louise(McGinnis) Mobarry on the 1920 Census. Charley T. McGinnis was employed on the Big 4 railroad. Can't find him on any census after 1920 or any information where or when he died. He is not buried with his parent's and siblings in Springgrove Cemetery in Cincinnati.

Thanks
Tom thompson
Bradenton, FL.

Angela,

Thanks very much for your assistance. Unfortunally I've researched that a few years ago and discovered it was not my Charles T. McGinnis, born 20 Dec 1873. I called the cemetery, talked to relatives that Charley was living with on the 1920 Cincinnati Census and we decided that was not ours.Charley worked on the Big 4 Rail Road out of Cincinnati. There was another Thomas and Martha McGinnis family in Cincinnati at that time that was not related to ours.

Tom

Tom,
Have you tried obtaining his sisters obit? It might tell you something, if he was alive in 1936, or where he lived. If you call 513-369-6973 and give them the following citation info, they will e-mail it to you:
