I am seeking information on Carlos Rising. He was born March 12 1908 in Hamilton County,Ohio. Carlos married Leola Marshall she was born July 25 1911 in Scott County,Kentucky. The couple married about 1932 probably in Cincinnati. The couple had one known daughter Glayds Lee Rising born about 1933 probably in Cincinnati. Carlos Rising died September 13 1946 in Hamilton Ohio and Leola Rising died January 23 1962 also in Hamilton,Ohio.
