Seeking any information about a Mr. Needham that had two daughters in Pomeroy,(Gallia county) Ohio, Elizabeth (Eliza), born 1861 and Charlotte or Lottie, b. 1864 both in Pomeroy, Ohio according to their death certificates.
They are listed as "colored" No mothers name is listed but one death certificate states the father is Walch Needham. Could that be Walsh or Welch?
They have a connection with Lavinia/Lavina/Lovina Neal of Parkersburg, W. Va. Her obituary lists them as sisters although it is possible there is some other sort of relationship.
Eliza marries Rev. Charles Bundy and their children are born in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio
