I am interested in you information. I have is my direct line John Wesley Parkins, b. 1833 in OH. His father was James W Parkins, b. in 1793 in VA. James W. Parkins was married twice: first to Rachel and second to Mrs. Mary George. She had children from her first marriage but there were no offspring via James W Parkins. I am wondering if this Mrs. Mary George connects with the Mary George Cochrun mentioned in your post. Do you have any information that you can share?
