I would love a little more help with how to apply to vital records. I called vital records and they said Ohio did not keep track of adoptions before 1930, except in a 1900 Maryland census report I show 2 children who are "adopted" and both children are said to be both mother and father from Ohio. I have adoption conversation papers with F.H. Darby from The Children's Home Society of Ohio talking about the adoption process and what type of child they have available to adopt. Any help would be appreciated!
