Yes, that may be her in the 1900 census. And yes, she had her 2 daughters at the age of 44 and 46! She usually lied about her age, according to my mother, saying she was born in 1882. If it weren't for the 1880 census, we would have never known her true birth year.
And yes, it's a shame she didn't provide her married name in her marriage record to Frank. That was a disappointment when I recently found it.
