I've been digging through the Franklin County Recorder's webiste lately; they have many records from 1914 - present available online. You may have to install a TIFF image viewer to view things in your browser; you can download the image and view it outside your browser as well.
See
http://recorderweb.co.franklin.oh.us/Rec/default.aspI found several land transfers recorded there, but they're always something like "Being Lot Number Seven (7) of Loren and Dennison’s Subdivision of lands known as Clinton Place as the same is numbered and delineated..." Hmm. How to find out what that land looks like now?
Head over to the Auditor's website at
http://www.franklincountyohio.gov/auditor/, click on "Property Search" then choose "Subdivisions" on the left side. Then look up your subdivision using the letter list at the top. Choose "View Image," and you get something like
