I may have found the house you are looking for. Sunbury, Ohio is actually located in Delaware County -- not Franklin as suggested. A quick search of the Delaware County Auditor's site (http://oh-delaware-auditor.governmax.org) revealed a property owned by an Ackerman on Rosecrans Road; a photo of the home is also available on the Auditor's site.
