I found Nathan Kelley and Melinda in 1860 census living in Hamilton County Ohio, 6th wd Cincinnati. The only child living with them was James. Where James and Maria twins? They are both the same age. Anyway my guess would be she(Maria) died young. She should have been 13 then. She may be buried there(Cincinnati) if that is the case. James was not married in 1870 census so my guess is that he didn't marry as he died in 1876. Melinda could have remarried??? If she did she could be buried with Nathan but listed under a different name.
