To add to this story...in a nutshell
Father, Patrick Henry REICHLEY was driving the car, and he managed to "fall" out of the car before it hit the river.....he claimed steering defect. He was under investigation because of his account of accident, and marital problems, but don't know the final disposition of the case. The death certs for all just state "asphyxiation by drowning, Scioto River"
