Thanks so much. I did find the census entries and some others but didn't find the Spigelmeyer family. I was doubtful about the LDS Petigree Resource file but one of Margaret Rearick's nieces moved her family to St. Joseph Co. from where they had a good farm in Van Wert Co. and I realized that the cousins may have kept in contact - Van Wert and St Joseph Counties are not all that far apart.
I used both Ancestry.com and Family Search but didn't come up with as many records as you.
