Do you have access to the city directories for 1923-1933? I am looking for Harold or Harry ATKIN and his wife Gertrude Davis ATKIN. They married 1923; but he is a widower in 1930 census. There is no death record for her in Ohio. According to family "folk-lore" she was one of the Torso Murder cases; except that they took place, I understand, in 1937 and beyond. I am hoping to pin-point her death or disappearance. Would the Cleveland Police records have missing person report that would be public knowledge?
