Thanks for the info. It appears the ice house was not a "fly by night" so there may be info at the Historical Society about it. I just have to find the time to get over there. I understand they have Sanborn fire insurance maps so, I may be able to find the icehouse location (address, etc.) and then research deed records, etc.
