Hello,

I am looking for anyone who has done research on Alfred Forestor, a Civil War veteran from the 79th OVI, Company K.

My specific intrest in him is that he was a neighbor of my great great grandfather, Jeremiah Danight / Dnight / DeKnight who served in the same unit as Alfred Forestor.

Both families lived on what is now Tar Pike Road in the Marion township. They were both buried at the Second Creek Church in Blanchester.
