Hi. I would like to find out when the old Mount Pleasant School was first built,{US68-East Mt. Pleasant Rd}.
I started first grade there in 1956. In my quest,on my family from Libirty Twp.I've found the land it sat on once was the small farm of {James Borden} according to a map of 1850,Clinton. Satalite View of area today define's boundry line's almost to a tee. I remember a old Cemetery on the properity and believe he and wife may be buried there. Would like to thank all who have helped me with this venture. Correction,I believe it to be the same land. Regards,Charles.
