Hello Tammy. I'm also interested in Monument Inscriptions Prior to 1900 but in another way. I've been told there is reference to private graves on the Clarence W. Siebert farm, Stonelick, Clermont Co., OH, which includes JOHN FRAZEE, died Mar 4,1846 age 59y 5m 26d, and also reference to John and Elizabeth as the parents of deceased children, PHEBE, ELIZA and an unnamed son. John and Elizabeth are my 3rd great-grandparents.

I have been in contact with a Hermon Fagley who gave me fairly explicit directions to the Siebert farm if it still exists as follows: The DAR copied those tombstones around 1958 and Clermont's population has sky-rocketed since then. There is a chance the cemetary is no longer. Ohio Rt 131 [you'd best get off I-275 at the RT 28 OR 50 EXIT AS RT 131 has NO ramp. Ohio Rt 131 n e to Mt Zion Rd south or right. The cemetary is 1/2 mile off that road. Could be 1/2 mile of hills. Likely if you reach STONELICK-WILLIAMS RD you have gone too far. I've never been on Mt Zion Rd and seldom on that stretch of RT 131. NW STONELICK township. Clarence W Siebert owned the land in 1958. Likely subdivided by now is my guess, and if not subdivided it's because of the hills.

My dilemma is that I live in Southern California. Would you be willing to take a drive to Siebert farm and take pictures of the graves if they are still there? I'd be more than happy to pay for your time and expense.

Thanks for considering my offer.
