OXNER, Dicer L. "Sue" age 82, Sunrise April 20, 1931 and Sunset February 25, 2014 at Springfield Regional Hospital.
Being very active in the community, she was Past President of Citizen's For Progressive Action and SCLC., on the board of Metropolitan Housing, a member of NAACP and Peace Keepers. She fed the hungry on Thanksgiving for over 30 years and worked with the World Harvest Food Pantry.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents Weston and Sebell Powell, husband Albert Oxner, sons Juan Oxner, and Andre Oxner and a sister Anna Belle Powell.

Sue leaves a daughter Fifi Oxner, son Carlos Oxner, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, special friends Bruce and Sharon Williams and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00 noon Tuesday March 4, 2014 at Highlight Baptist Church 909 S. Western Ave. Springfield, OHIO.
