I have William Woodburn Russler(1833-1911), son of Benjamin Russler (1803-1879) and Ann Dorland(1813-1884) married Catharine Ann Davidson (1834-1906), daughter of Samuel I Davidson and Catharine Bolich in 1855 at Freeport, Illinois. Information from the book Russler, 1652-1992: with Ann Dorland Russler, the Henry family, and allied families by Helen Stambaugh.

The Dorlands are pretty easy to get information on, the Russlers have not been easy for me (and is the main line I am researching, go figure), so I would appreciate any other info you have on them! You can check out my Boyce/Russler family tree for the info I have on the Dorlands.

Just an interesting side note - I'm from Carroll County, OH but I had no idea this line of the family had ties to Akron!
