John Brunn Will
In the matter of the last Will and Testament of John Brunn (deceased) this 11th day of November A.D. 1872
The last Will and Testament of John Brunn late of the County of Auglaize deceased was this day produced in open court and thereupon came Henry Buck and John Neil, the two subscribing witnesses to said Will, and in open court on oath testified to the [illegible words] of said Will which testimony was reduced to writing and by said witnesses subscribed and filed with said Will and the court being satisfied from said testimony that said Will was duly attested and executed and that said testator at the time of executing same was of full age and sound mind and memory and not under any restraint. It is therefore [ordered] by the court that said Will and testimony be recorded.

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I, John Brunn, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
First: My beloved wife shall have her dower in my real estate, further I do give to my wife one cow, half of the chickens, and all my house furniture.
Second: I give to my son Franz the following described real estate: the north east quarter of the north east quarter of section twenty eight, township six, south of [illegible words] East containing forty acres. Further whereas my son Franz did work for me five years while over age, therefore I do give to the above said Franz my son all my personal property except house furniture, one cow, and half of the chickens as above provided.
Third: My son Franz shall pay to my daughter Barbara two hundred dollars the same to be paid after the death of myself and my wife.
Fourth: My son Franz shall pay to my son Anton two hundred dollars.
Fifth: My son Franz shall pay to my son John one hundred dollars. Further it is my Will that my son Franz shall not be counted to pay any of the above said money before the expiration of my life and the life of my said wife.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of June in the year 1872.

The State of Ohio. Auglaize County. Probate Court. Personally appeared in open court John Neil and Henry Buck, the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament to John Brunn deceased, who being duly sworn according to law to speak the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, in relation to the execution of said Will, depose and say that the paper before them purportedly to be the last Will and Testament of John Brunn, now deceased, is the Will of said deceased of Pusheta Township, Auglaize County, Ohio, that they were present at the execution of said Will, at the request of the testator subscribed their names to the same as witnesses in his presence, and that they saw the said John Brunn deceased sign and seal said Will and heard him acknowledge the same to be his last Will and Testament that the said John Brunn at the time of making, signing, and sealing said Will was of legal age and sound and disposing mind and memory and under no undue or unlawful restraint whatsoever.
