Know all men by these Presents, that Casper
R Woolary and Ann Woolary, wife of said
Casper R Woolary of the County of Montgomery
Ohio, in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and Seventy five Dollars, in hand paid by Abraham Taylor of the County of Auglaize
Ohio, have bargained and Sold and do hereby Grant, bargain sell , and , Convey unto
the Said Abraham Taylor his heirs and assigns forever the following premises
Situate in the County of Auglaize in the State of Ohio and described as follows.
In Lots Number fifteen and sixteen in the Town of Uniopolis as recorded on
the plot of Said Town. To have and to hold said premises with the appurten=
-ances unto the Said Abraham Taylor his heirs and assigns forever, And the said
Casper R Woolary and Ann Woolary for themselves and heirs do hereby covenant
with the Said Abraham Taylor his heirs and assigns, that they are lawfully seized of
the premises aforeSaid, that the premises are free and clear from all incumbrances
whatsoever, and that they will forever warrant And defend the same unto the said
Abraham Taylor his heirs and assigns forever against the lawfull claims
of all persons whomsoever.
In Testimony whereof the Said Casper R Woolary have hereunto set
his hand and Seal this twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord One
thousand Eight hundred and fifty nine.

Before me R C Layton, A Justice of the peace
in and for Said County personally appeared
the above named Casper R Woolary and Ann Woolary his wife, and ack=
nowledged the Signing and Sealing of the within Conveyance to be their
voluntary act and deed and the Said Ann Woolary being at the Same
time examined by me Separate and apart from her Said husband and
contents of Said instrument made known to her by me, She then decla=
red , that She did voluntarily Sign, Seal and acknowledge the Same and
that She is Still Satisfied therewith, this 23th day of May AD 1859
