I Stephen Klingaman of the County of

Auglaize and State of Ohio In Considera

=tion of the Sum of One Dollars, In hand
paid by Ann Woolery of the County aforesaid have
Bargained And Sold and do (2 words X'd out) hereby grant Bargain
Sell and Convey and forever quit Claim unto the Said
Ann Woolery & her heirs and assigns forever the following
premises Situate in the County of Auglaize in the State
of Ohio and bounded and Described as follows
The Same being all my right tittle and interest both legal
and equitable in and to Lots No Fifteen (15) & Sixteen (16)
in the Town of Uniopolis in Said County being the
property Conveyed to me by Ann Woolery in trust for her
Children and which deed of trust was this day set asside
by the Court of Common Pleas of Auglaize County in
a Certain Proceeding wherein Bliss & Kelsey were Plaintiffs
and C R Woolery Ann Woolery and Stephen Klingaman
were Defendants To have and to hold Said premises
with the appurtenances unto the Said Ann Woolery and
her heirs and assigns forever In Testimony Whereof the
Said Stephen Klingaman has herewith set his hand & seal
this 30th day of November in the year of our lord one
