I am looking for information on the family of Isaac Ayers, who first married Samantha Anderson, August 19, 1861. Samantha died in Hocking county, Ward Township in 1885. Isaac then married Ann Hope, the daughter of John Hope of England. Their son David Ayers, married Jane Townsend of Athens county, and lived in Nelsonville, Athens county most of their life's.

Isaac is buried in Carbon Hill, Ward Township, and Hocking County, Ohio and is a veteran of the Civil war
