I am looking for a BC for Alta May Hoskins b 22 Dec 1893. I have searched Hocking and Perry Counties as her place of birth on other documents lists Perry County, New Straitsville. I am hoping that maybe she was actually born in Athens County, but lived on the border of two counties???? Her parents are Oliver W. (Welles) Hoskins and Lucy Johnson Hoskins

I am also looking for the marriage record of Frank (J.) (John) Lewis and Alta May Hoskins married 4 Nov 1911 in Athens County.

Is there a book or a place to search for these 2 items and then obtain copies?
