I am researching the family of William Buck, b. 1744, married to Phebe Smith ca 1798 near Chillicothe, Ohio. Their children were:
Hannah, b. 1801 & married William Graham
John B., b. 1803 & married Catherin Myers
Jesse W., b. 1806 & married Margaret E. ______
Enoch, b. 1810 & married Mary Myers & Elizabeth Gant
Samuel, b. 1812
Charlotte, b. 1814 & married Squire Darby
James, b. 1817 & married Minerva Griffin

I believe there is a connection also with the family of Charles Buck, b. 1797 & in 1820 married Marion Martin, b. 15 May, 1802. They had six children, one of whom was named William J. Buck, and who ended up in Appanoose County, Iowa.
