Freda Ayers, of Nelsonville, Ohio, married an unknown Varner. While researching on the Varner surname list, I was surprised to see that several lines of Varners were located in Athens county in the early to late 1800's.

I am hoping to find Freda's husband's first name, though any information on either of them would be welcomed. Freda was born either in 1900 or 1901 (depending on which record is correct), in Hocking cnty, lived in Nelsonville during her childhood years (across from where the McDonalds is today) and moved to Findlay, then later to CA. She died there in 1983. Her parents are David Ayes and Jane Townsend
