I remember seeing a post a while ago wanting info on the Sunday Creek mine disaster, 5 Nov 1930. The following are the names of the miners killed in the explosion. I also have a few newpaper articles. If interested, contact me and I'll forward them.

This listing was taken from the 1990 program for the Millfield Mine Memorial
gathering. According to a 1984 brochure that I have from the Memorial
Committee, the mine tipple had been nominated to be placed on the National
Registry of Historic Sites. I don't know if this ever happened.
