My 2ggfather Edward Davies died in Windsor Mills, Ohio on 2 Mar 1898 per a short newspaper notice.

Is Windsor Mills the same place as Windsor, Ashtabula, Ohio? When I did an internet search for Windsor Mills, I can't find the location.
