By indenture made this 17 Jan 1848 by and between Moses B Newman as special commissioner in chancery in
Allen Co., OH; and Cornelius H. Ransbottom of same. in Oct term of court of common pleas of Allen Co., OH,
1845 by th eajunctication of said court, the Ohio Life Insurance and trust company recovered a decree against Jane Wright, John M. Wright, James Wright,
Thomas Wright, Caroline Wright, Sellby Ann Wright, Wesley Ransbottom, Emily Ransbottom, Samuel M. Brower,
and Milton J. Ross in a certain suit in chancery for the foreclosure of a mortgage on land...for sale of E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 3 S, Range 6 E containing 80 acres to satisfy $243.82..
sold to said Cornelius H. Ransbottom for $266.66 in presence of William Cunningham, James Cheevers
