Thank you so much for this info -- Although I do have the Transcription of the Death Cert, I did not have the Death Record from "Death Records Transcribed from the Bellaire Health Dept., Vol. 2 (1936-1975)" which confirmed that she was buried in Mt. Zion Cem.

Do you know if "Death Records Transcribed from the Bellaire Health Dept., Vol. 2 (1936-1975)" is on the web as I have a lot of relatives that died in Bellaire??
