I would like to get a professional genealogist from the Belmont County Ohio area to do some research on the Joseph Penn. I am looking for the Ancestors of Joseph Crow Penn Born 20 Jun 1806 In Baltimore County Maryland, moved to Belmont County Ohio as a young lad, married Mary Ann Jane Robinson 30 Aug 1835 in Belmont County Ohio, moved with family to Van Buren County Iowa about 1853 where he spent the rest of his life. I have been to Baltimore, Belmont County Ohio, and Van Buren County Iowa doin research so have a fair amount of information. If someone is interested I will contact them and at least give them a starting point or let them know where I am at. I would like to hear from someone about who would be a good genealogist or research person in the Belmont County Ohio or Baltimore County Maryland Area.
